In those instances, we need to share your information with them to deliver products to you, assist us in collecting and managing customer information, to fulfill promotions and/orders and/or to communicate with you. Some of these companies are given access to some or all of the information you provide to us, and some may use cookies or other technologies on our behalf. On occasion, we offer promotions -- like sweepstakes or free subscriptions -- in conjunction with a sponsor. We may share your information with the sponsors if they need it to send you a product, such as a magazine subscription. We may share your information with those sponsors so that they can send you other special promotions they offer. In addition, we will occasionally send e-mail promotions out to our users on behalf of third-party sponsors to conduct promotions regarding lifestyle-related products or services.

Mobile and Geo-Location

When you download a mobile application from us, we have the ability to use a service provider to provide you with push notifications containing marketing messages to your mobile device. Your device may allow you to opt out of these push notifications by accessing your device's application or notification settings for the Camping World app. Camping World has no control over the application permission notifications that may be provided to you on download from a third party app store or the ability of your device to opt-out of these push notifications.

In addition, if you download our mobile app, we may also send you push notifications based on your location if you activate your location settings on your device. Your ability to turn off location settings and the method for doing so will vary according to your mobile device. You may not be able to deactivate location based notifications without turning off all location services on certain mobile devices.

If you choose to share your location with us, we use a service provider to approximate your position based on one or more of the following, as available: network location (cell tower triangulation) technology, GPS and wi-fi signals. IF YOU DO NOT WANT USE TO HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR LOCATION, YOU MAY CHANGE YOUR LOCATION SETTINGS AS PERMITTED BY YOUR MOBILE DEVICE. CAMPING WORLD HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR THE FUNCTION OF LOCATION SETTINGS WITHIN ANY MOBILE DEVICE.

Once you allow location based tracking through a mobile application or mobile website, you are agreeing that we can collect and use your location data and can continue to do so until you turn off your location settings and/or opt out of that usage, as may be permitted by your mobile device. We use this location based data to track your general shopping patterns and stores that you visit and also aggregate this data to help understand general consumer patterns and trends.

Third-Party Advertisers and Network Advertisers

To help increase privacy protections for our users, we currently do not allow Third-Party advertising on our site.

Sale of Businesses

As we continue to develop our business, we may sell certain portions of our assets. In such transactions, visitor information (including personally identifiable information) may constitute a part of the transferred business assets. Also, in the event that we, or any of our affiliates, or substantially all of our or their assets are acquired, visitor information (including personally identifiable information) likely will be an asset that is reviewed and transferred.

Choices You Have About Our Collecting, Using, and Sharing Your Information

It is possible for you to use much of our site without giving us any personally identifiable information. When you do register with us or give us personally identifiable information, you will have an opportunity -- at the time we collect your information -- to limit e-mail communications from us and from our third-party partners. You can request at any time that we not send future e-mail to you either by unsubscribing from the communication or by contacting us.

The Type of Security We Provide

The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our users is of utmost concern to us. We take technical, contractual, administrative, and physical security steps to protect all visitors' information. When you provide credit card information, we use secure socket layer (SSL) encryption to protect it. There are some things that you can do to help protect the security of your information as well. For instance, never give out your password, since this is what is used to access all of your account information. Also remember to sign out of your account and close your browser window when you finish surfing the Web so that other people using the same computer won't have access to your information.

We NEVER store any of your credit card information on our site.  All transactions are brokered through a third-party merchant gateway via a secure connection (Authorize.Net) and therefore we validate every transaction individually.
